- PrepareUse on clean, bare skin for the best results.
- Wrap it onFit the belt around the area you want to treat and secure it comfortably.
- Start your sessionTurn the belt on and follow the session time in your manual.
- RelaxSit, stand or move gently. Take it with you if you like.
- FinishTurn the belt off and wipe it clean with a soft cloth.

- Follow the safety section of the manual included with your belt
Care and storage
- Turn the belt off and let it cool before cleaning
- Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth
- Let it dry completely before use
- Store in the travel bag in a cool, dry place
