The LEDs are arranged for even coverage across the face. Built in silicone goggles block light from the eyes.
How to use
Your first session in 7 steps
- ChargeFully charge before first use with the Type C cable. The indicator flashes red while charging and turns solid green when full. The mask cannot be used while charging.
- CleanseWash your face and remove makeup, sunscreen and products with acids or active ingredients. Clean, dry skin lets the light work best.
- Power onPress and hold the power button for 2 seconds. You will hear a long beep and the mask starts in Red Light mode.
- Choose a modeShort press the button to switch between the 4 modes.
- Put it onUnfold the ear loops, place them over your ears from the top of your head and adjust for a comfortable fit.
- RelaxSit or lie back and keep your eyes closed. Each session runs 10 minutes, then the lights switch off with two long beeps.
- FinishHold the button for 2 seconds to turn off, or leave it: the mask powers off after 3 minutes in standby. Apply your favorite serum or moisturizer afterward.

More is not better. Stick to 10 minute sessions and use the mask consistently.

Not sure where to start? Use Mode 3 for anti aging, Mode 2 for breakouts and Mode 4 when you want it all. The mask always starts in Mode 1.

Use it the right way
Safety precautions
- Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to get pregnant
- Do not use with a light sensitive condition, a genetic eye condition or a history of seizures triggered by light
- Do not use if you take medication that causes light sensitivity
- Do not use over tumors or open or bleeding wounds on the face
- Keep your eyes closed and avoid looking directly into the LEDs
- Stop if your skin feels hot or itchy and consult your doctor
- Not for use by children
- Never use while charging, immerse in water, drop or press hard on the mask
- Consult your doctor first if you have any medical condition or concern
Care and storage
- Turn the mask off before cleaning
- Wipe the inner surface with a soft, clean wipe after each use
- No cleaning products or alcohol, they can damage the plastic
- Keep liquid out and let it air dry
- Store in the dust proof bag in a cool, dry place
- If stored somewhere very hot or cold, wait at least 1 hour before use
Covered by a 2 year warranty
Defects in the lights and all manufacturer parts are covered for 2 years from purchase. Read the warranty.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes

| Won't turn on | Charge fully. Hold the button for 2 seconds |
| Won't run while plugged in | Normal. The mask cannot be used while charging |
| Lights went off | The 10 minute session is complete, or the battery is low |
| Battery indicator | Flashing red while charging, solid green when full. Flashing during use means the battery is below 20%, charge soon. Below 10% the mask beeps twice and shuts down |
| Can't see the NIR light | Normal. 850 nm light is invisible to the eye |
| Not responding | Turn off and restart, or use it in another room away from strong electronics |
